Staff were helpful especially cleaning staff.
Small rooms. Hot and stuffy at night. No airconditioning and needed a door to be left open to get any breeze. Cable TV with no English speaking channels. We checked out a night early to go to another Hotel with airconditioning. Would have done sooner by my wife was to ill.
It's the worst hotel I have been to. I will never want to stay there again.
They put off the airconditioning unit as soon as we went for breakfast. The staff are very unfriendly.
very poor service, they are advertising something that they don't have for example the air conditioning that never work and problems with wi fi and much more. very bad hotel
overall the hotel for the price was really good. did not like that each day I had to get my room key - rekeyed from front desk . hotel restaurant was really good . location was excellent.
It was great to have a pool which is open long hours. the staff were helpful and courteous, the price was good....
perhaps not as convenient for zocalo etc than many hotels.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Enjoyed my stay. Was also very well located and the rooftop pool is great in the hot weather
Have no complaints, was a great property for its price.
The room was very clean however it was not air conditioned. On the plus side the roof top pool area was wonderful. There is a smoking area on level 9. It is a 20 minute walk to the historic area of the City. Very little English spoken but able to get by
We always use this hotel where in Mexico City becuase of its price, location and friendly staff.
Sometimes it´s very busy and loudly when it receives many youngsters.
The pool and location.
Staff painting hallway, which left fumes in the room, and small beds.
Very clean hotel and excelently located. Easy going staff and very helpful!
Old T.V. set and poor channel choices.
the location was good for sightseeing. Roof top pool was nice too
the website is misleading - the hotel does not have satellite TV, in fact it doesn't even have cable, just 5 local channels. The wireless internet doesn't work and they charge 50 pesos for 24 hours. The room is tiny and the walls are paper thin. We were in our room for 2 minutes and discovered the problems but the staff refused to refund our money and made us stay for the first night.
It was fairly quiet, the room was clean, there is a pool on the roof.
The room was tiny and not a place I wanted to spend any time in besides when sleeping. The hotel has zero atmosphere. No character whatsoever.
the staff were rude, the bed shits were dirty and they overcharged me in a phone call i made at the hotel. In sumary was the worse hotel in mexico ive been.
I like the street of the hotel because it is quiet and close to all services, including the metro. they have taxi service 24 hours as well. the monument of the revolution is very close, as well. I like that the rooms have safety deposit boxes and the hotel has a guarda equipaje.
It's good value for money ( we only paid $62 for 2 nights for double room with 2 twin beds) since they have a roof-pool too and are very close to the Paseo the la reforma etc.
We only missed the airconditioning but fortunately the weather was not too hot so it was bearable.
